Methods we use
Laser cladding
Laser cladding, or laser deposition welding, is used to build up surfaces, both in repairs to recreate a damaged geometry and in new manufacturing to give components improved properties concerning, for example, abrasion, corrosion, or heat resistance.
Laser impregnation
Laser impregnation is a very effective method for creating surfaces with extreme abrasion resistance. The surface of the base material is melted with laser and ceramics are injected into the molten surface. The method provides an extreme abrasion resistance of metallic materials that has no equivalent in traditional methods.
Laser hardening
The main advantage of laser hardening compared to traditional hardening methods is that details can be hardened in selected areas with extremely high precision.
